 Shipping and Handling
I aim to ship in 2-3 business days, if for some reason this is longer, you will be contacted to make sure you are aware of the situation.
Please be aware that I am the sole runner of my business, peak purchasing seasons may result in a longer shipping process, so please bare this in mind.

 

Shipping and Handling fees

The postage fee for your country includes both shipping price and handling fee. Taxes may apply depending on your country and package size. 

Returns. Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges on my products. However, if there is a problem with your item such as they arrive broken or damaged please contact me and i will do my best to resolve the issue. Photo evidence will need to be submitted and will then be assessed if it was damaged in transit or otherwise.

A simple change in mind or no longer wanting the product will not be refunded.

The earrings are made with the utmost care and of high quality. Please read what they are and understand that these are all handmade and made with polymer clay.

Photos of Earrings

Every pair is handmade, so each pair will be slightly different than the featured photos unless you happen to get the exact ones I photographed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is lost I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue, including chancing up the postal company, compensation or replacement(providing there is proof the package has not arrived)

Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address. If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details being submitted I am not responsible for correction of this issue.

Tracking is important to make sure you know where your parcel is and if it is needing to be picked up at a collection facility due to failure to be delivered by the postal service.

By purchasing from my online store you are agreeing to these terms and policies.

Unclaimed packages 

If your package is unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts and you fail to collect it from a Post Shop or depot and is returned to sender (me), you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items. But only the purchased item. Postage is not eligible to be refunded.

FAQ

What are my earrings made of?

I made my earrings with polymer clay, while also using resin, beads and pearls.

What materials are your hooks made of?

My hooks 925 Sterling silver and studs are surgical grade Stainless Steel. Hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive earrings,

I have a small range of 14k and 18k Gold plated hooks also, the listing will state what the hooks are.

How to care for your earrings.

Avoid contact with chemicals

Keep your jewellery away from household chemicals, perfumes, lotions or hair products.

Remove during physical activities

Take off your jewellery before engaging in activities that might cause physical contact with the jewellery. This may cause breakage or damage.

Store properly

Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewellery box or a soft pouch, or hung on an earring holder.

Cleaning

Making sure your earrings are well kept will mean cleaning won't be necessary very often. But should something get on the earrings or makeup has accumulated due to the close proximity of the earrings to you face, then a simple wet wipe or cloth with soapy water should do the trick.

Handle with care

Handle your jewellery with care and avoid dropping it.
