Refund policy
We have a 30-day Warranty policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact Bellamerclay about any manufacturing defects such as brittle clay, uncured resin, defaced resin coatings, earring stud posts falling off and other similar issues.
To be eligible for a warranty you need to have followed the care card provided with the purchased items containing instructions on how to care and look after polymer clay earrings and other items available. provide proof of purchase (with date of purchase), clear photos of defected earrings so be sent to bellamerclay@gmail.com to be assessed for warranty. In some rare case the defected items may need to be returned for assessment before a warranty can be approved or declined

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the package received from courier is damaged please take photos of the box before opening and carefully check the products if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
non-returnable items/products
There are certain items that cannot be returned, like food, flowers, or plants (organic), special orders custom/personalized items and personal care goods like beauty products . Please get in touch by email if you have questions about products that may be non-returnable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. And cannot accept returns on worn products that cant be resold due to unhygienic reasons example worn earrings, hair clips....
Exchanges
Bellamerclay Only accepts Exchanges if the value of the new items comes to the same or more value of the original purchase, items must be returned to Bellamerclay at the buyers expense and the replacements will only be sent once they are received and approved as being unused and in sellable condition. The buyer will also be responsible to pay shipping for the replacement products to be sent to their address, and any difference that may be owed for more expensive items. items will only be sent once payment is received for shipping
Refunds
For Refunds you have 10 days from the time of purchase Bellamerclay will only give refunds if Bellamer is at fault example prices stated on the listing are lower than what was charged at cart or if a promotion code was not working correctly at the time of purchase, if the wrong shipping was charged at cart. proof of purchase will be required before any refund is given.
