Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days of processing on all orders. If your order requires me to make the earrings this includes custom designs and preorders and other items available, 2-5 days processing may be required. You will be contacted if this is the case.

If earrings arrive damaged please contact me immediately. I will begin the process of sorting it out with the postal company but you will be required to show proof of the damage parcel and damaged goods for the post company to accept and begin reimbursement. proof of purchase may also be required.
